Brad Pitt Spends 100K on a Gerbil Home?
Brad Pitt reportedly spent $100,000 on a home for his kids’ gerbils.
According to British tab The Sun, Pitt oversaw the design and construction of the rodent palace which includes such gerbil necessities as tunnels, platforms, seesaws and mazes.
“Brad pores over architectural journals like other people pore over newspapers,” a source told The Sun. “He had so much fun putting the run together with his kids. It’s incredibly complex and cost a lot but Brad’s more than happy with any activity that can combine his two passions — his kids and architecture.”
Thanks, Brad – you’ve now ruined it for millions of parents who thought they could get away with making their kids’ pet’s home out of an old shoebox and a wad of dryer lint.
