Aren’t they adorable?  David Banda and Mercy James, youngest children of Madonna,were spotted enjoying the sun and water in Israel yesterday, Monday (September 7).

The tots were with mom Madonna’s friend Guy Oseary.  And they are just too precious!  Big sis Lourdes was spotted with her daddy, Carlos Leon in Soho recently.
