Jude Law: Samantha Burke Who?
Aspiring model Samantha Burke, who is pregnant with Jude Law’s baby, has been accused of being a fame-seeker and what better way to do that than to have an actor’s child? But honestly, Jude doesn’t even remember her!
A friend of Samantha’s spoke with E! and said the relationship between Burke and Law was brief. So brief in fact, that Jude doesn’t quite recall who she is.
Said the pal, “She met him at a club in New York. He was sick, so she kept going to his hotel over the course of a week to take care of him.”
The friend added, “Jude didn’t even remember her. [Samantha Burke] hasn’t seen him since New York City. They’ve only been in contact through their lawyers.”
Samantha’s friend thinks she’s “crazy” for going through with the pregnancy, and perhaps this is where that gold-digger thing comes in.
However, Burke denies trying to cash in on having Jude Law’s baby. She wrote on her blog, “I can’t tell you how far from a gold-digger I am. I’ve never dated a rich man.” But, hey, first time for everthing!
Sam’s friend may or may not believe she’s a fame/money seeker, but said Samantha comes from “a very white trashy town” in Pensacola, Fla., and “her family doesn’t have any money.” So, the implication is there.
Burke wouldn’t be the first woman to find herself pregnant with a celeb’s baby and accused of being a gold-digger and she won’t be the last.
