In an interview on the Today Show, Ann Curry was apparently giving Brad a hard time for picking mostly rated-R roles, he revealed that his voice acting skills will be featured in an animated film, where he plays a “superhero who wants out.”

That film is Dream Works’ Oobermind, and on the sound stage Brad will be working along side other awesome celebrity parents like Will Ferrell and Tina Fey.  Don’t get too excited yet though, it’s not slated for release until November 2010.

When asked if he was doing the flick to be a superhero to he and Angie’s 6 kids, Brad had this to say:

“It’s just something they’ll enjoy,” he responded, “and that’s cool.”

It’s a far cry from other super star parents like Johnny Depp, who will take a role almost exclusively because his kids will like the film.
