Ellen Pompeo Shows Off Her Grey Anatomy

Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo was snapped as she arrived home in Beverly Hills from a Pilates workout on Sunday. Even though this photo has a paparazzi-waiting-in-the-bushes feel to it, I have to say Ellen looks great! Working out must be a good way to prepare for fleeing from photographers.

Ellen and husband Chris Ivery are expecting their first child later this year. Rumor has it that they’re expecting a girl, but that comes from someone who was eavesdropping as Ellen shopped at a baby boutique. Because if you can’t get the good dish from following them home from an exercise class, you can always hang around and listen in while they shop.
