Tori Spelling Wants to Dress Your Children
Tori Spelling and daughter Stella were at Bloomingdales in Century City on Friday to launch her new line of children’s clothing, Little Maven. Tori has described her new line as “Hollywood chic and seaside casual.” Personally, I prefer kid’s clothes that are “Dirt cheap and ketchup resistant.”
Also, no offense to Tori, but I don’t get the whole celebrity-children’s-clothing-line fad. Even if you’re a fan of a celebrity, do you necessarily want them dressing your children? For example, I’m a huge fan of Mary J. Blige, but if she launched her own kid’s line I wouldn’t just run out and buy her infant-sized gold lamé jacket or her thigh-high boots for toddlers. Then again, what toddler couldn’t use a little extra height?
