VIDEO: Heath Ledger’s Last Film
At the time of his death from an accidental overdose, Heath Ledger was filming Terry Gilliam’s The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus. Gilliam went on to finish the film using three other actors to play Ledger’s role – versions of his character in the film are also played by Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell. Check out the movie’s trailer. Christopher Plummer, Tom Waits, Verne Troyer and Lily Cole also star in the film, which opens on Oct. 16. Ledger’s death was so incredibly tragic, but what a great legacy he leaves behind, and how fortunate that his daughter Matilda will be able to see her father’s last performance.
