Jon Thinks Kate’s Constant Yelling Is “Annoying”
Oh the two sides of a divorcing couple! Kate Gosselin recently appeared on the Today Show to address the public on how she and the kids have been doing since she and Jon split. Kate was careful not to trash him or his behavior, although she did dispute some of what he’s said to the media. Jon isn’t quite as considerate. On this week’s episode of Jon & Kate Plus 8, Jon was overseeing their kitchen renos and was happy that Kate wasn’t around or she’d be yelling and it would have been “annoying.”
While Kate seemed a bit sad that Jon was not on the N.C. vacation, saying, it “was never lost on me the entire time. It was weird to pack alone, to board the bus. It was minus Jon anyway you look at it. Many times everyday it occurred to me this will probably be how it will be.”
The kids certainly missed him. One of the sextuplets said, “Daddy’s at the house. Another said, “I miss daddy.”
Jon? Is he bothered by his new single status? He said it was strange not to have all eight kids running around, but was happy that Kate wasn’t there during the kitchen renos or she would have been “yelling that there’s a mess,” and that would have been “constantly annoying.”
He added, “It’s hard to talk abou [their marriage]. It’s a fact of life; this is the way it’s going to be. I don’t think I’ll ever get used to it… but it’s becoming more comfortable now.”
Can and will Jon and Kate keep things amicable for the sake of their children?

Anyway, Kate seems to have spent most of the past decade trashing Jon, so a bit of turnabout is fair play, though I wish both of them had kept it out of the media. Still, their entire lives are played out in front of cameras, so I know that hope is naive.
