Heidi Klum Says Losing Baby Weight IS Easy
Heidi Klum is such a funny girl. Sure, she’s beautiful and has a great family, but there is just something about her that makes me think she would be fun to hang out with. Or perhaps it’s just the thought of one of her 12 nannies would watching out for my two kids while with her.
She’s also never worried about how she’s going to get the baby weight off, and she sure as heck isn’t going to start now.
Heidi says there really isn’t any crazy trick to losing the weight, “I’ve never really had any special girdle machines or anything like that. For me, it’s, you know, really healthy foods, exercising, playing with the children, going to the park. Normal things.”
“I’ve never done diets, but I also do not sit on the couch with my feet up and eat one potato chip bag after the next and one burger after the other. I think you have to kind of do a little bit of everything.”
“I never really put a lot of pressure on myself, but for me personally, I feel like it is always better to get into shape immediately. I feel like if I drag it out too long, I’m not going to do it. So for me it works to kind of get back into shape, afterwards, I feel great. I can put my normal clothes back on and it makes me happy, and it’s worked so far.”
So I think she’s trying to say that we should have made it our focus right after birth. Perhaps if I had one of your nannies, Heidi, I could do that.
Would you please loan me one?

Jojo commented on Aug 06 09 at 11:07 amI think losing the weight is easy but that is because my suffered through three months of colic right after birth and I still wrestle with a very high needs child. Still fat months after giving birth? You are blessed with an easy baby!
Trix commented on Aug 06 09 at 11:15 amI’m not fat, but I still have weight. My babies didn’t sleep, and I got PPD after both pregnancies. I also was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism after my second pregnancy. I tried to lose weight with diet and exercise to no avail. My second baby had colic. It’s not easy for everyone.
