Johnny Depp Is Shopping For Schools In The UK
Now that Depp’s kids (Lily Rose, 10, and Jack, 7) are starting to come of age, the superstar has reportedly been seeking a more conventional lifestyle and education for his mini-mes. Rumor has it that Johnny has been checking out a private school in Bath, England, close to a home he purchased in 2006.
The exclusive private school has confirmed that Johnny has been making inquiries, but hasn’t enrolled either child officially. Here’s what the school’s PR rep had to say:
“As yet, he hasn’t enrolled his children and I believe he is looking at other schools.
“If he is thinking of us for September (when the next school year stars) he had better be quick as the school is filling up fast for the new term.”
Ha, check that out. This guy’s trying to put the pressure on Johnny to hurry up and make up his mind. Really? So if Johnny waits too late to enroll Lily Rose and Jack, the school will turn them away? I call BS.
Maybe it is time for Johnny to let his kids get in the swing of a more normal upbringing. I’m sure they’ve had great tutors up to this point, and they’re really bright… but maybe they need a better shot at being normal and making friends.
Currently, Johnny resides in France with girlfriend Vanessa Paradis and their kids, and has for years. But if this rumor comes to fruition, something tells me that they’ll be spending most of their time on the other side of the English Channel.
