Rumor has it that Kate has decided to get her own place – you know, for whenever that Jon guy is visiting the estranged couple’s Pennsylvania home (where their kids live). According to Radar, she’s bought a condo in Rockville, Maryland.

Wait, Jon’s moving to a swanky loft of sleaziness in New York City… and Kate is moving to Maryland? Aren’t they making it a little too obvious that they want to get as far away as possible from those kids?

Maybe the just want to stay the heck away from each other. If I were them, I’d want to stay away from myself too. I just don’t understand how you expect to do a tv show together.

Another interesting tidbit about Kate’s move is that her rumored bodyguard boyfriend Steve Neild also lives in Maryland. I’ll let you draw your own conclusions on that one.

Maryland is probably not too far from where she lives. Maybe just over 2 hours away.
