Jon Gosselin Swears He’s Single & Putting His Kids First
Jon Gosselin isn’t really dating multiple women, heck he’s not even dating one. That’s what the reality TV dad-of-eight claims. He says he’s “single – per se,” and plans to put his family first.
Funny, he was just saying his heart was with 22-year-old Hailey Glassman, but now he’s saying he’s not dating anyone.
He tells PEOPLE, “At this point… I’m single – per se. I’m just a regular guy who just wants to have friendship and good times. And I like meeting people.”
Gosselin said of Glassman (who he is not dating, y’all), “She’s always a good friend of mine. Her family is so good. They took me in and I lived there for a while. I love them to death.”
Jon says he and Hailey are on a break. “She doesn’t like this [craziness]. She loves me for who I am and not for what I do. We are going to chill out for a while and see where it takes us. I’m not looking for anyone.”
Of Kate 2.0 (Kate Major), he claims, “We are just friends.”
The Jon & Kate Plus 8 star says he’s going to put his family first. “I’m just trying to concentrate on my family first, second my career. That’s what I have to do.” Jon said he’s “looking forward” to seeing his brood, and “turning my phone off, playing with my kids in the pool and being the dad.”
Jon and estranged wife Kate are shooting scenes for their August 3 return to TLC. He adds, “Kate and I are just showing how we are going to live. If she’s got to work, I go home. If I’ve got to work, she stays home. And that’s the way it’s always been.”
Let’s hope Jon means it… that his eight precious babies will come before playing the single life.

I am not surprised that Jon and Kate are divorcing. I tried several times to watch the show but couldn’t stomach it because I felt sorry for poor Jon. Kate treated him like one of the children. She often spoke in a horribly condescending and demanding tone to him. He often seemed immasculated and defeated. To humiliate someone you love in public is the stuff of tyrants. Kate did it to Jon on a regular basis while an audience of millions watched. The result is that the children will grow up in a broken home.
