Lil Wayne Secretly Married His Baby Mama?

Did rapper Lil Wayne get married?  He’s reportedly expecting two babies - both boys - with singer Nivea and with model and actress Lauren London.  However, neither of those two women became his bride… his other baby mama did.  Busy guy, isn’t he?

According to MediaTakeout, Wayne possibly tied the knot with the mother of his baby boy.  Her name is Sarah and she was once a nail tech in Cleveland.  She’s been spotted with an engagement ring and wedding band… so I suppose it’s possible.

Where on earth does Weezy find the time to make all these babies and get all these women?
