Kendra Wilkinson Feels Sorry For Jon & Kate’s Kids
Girls Next Door star Kendra Wilkinson says she won’t exploit her baby if her and hubby Hank Baskett decide to continue their reality TV career, because she’s seen what happened to Jon & Kate.
“We don’t watch that anymore,” Kendra tells me. “I watched back when it was good and they weren’t all Hollywood.”
She continued, “I feel bad for the kids. If we do have a show, none of that’s going to happen…I want to be able to spend quality time with my child and not really give the world too much.”
While it may sound a little hypocritical to hear Kendra slam the Gosselins, I’d certainly have to give her props for leaving reality TV as soon as her baby is born, due on Christmas day.
That’s not to say that I think she’ll actually follow through with it. I won’t be one bit surprised when Kendra and Hank announce that they’re doing a parenting reality show.
The couple is, however, leaving Hollywood for a little while. Says Kendra:
“I need to get away and hibernate for a little and be a protective mama,” she explained. “I like the energy there. They leave me alone. I feel way more private than here, and that’s what I need.”
They’re reportedly packing it up and heading to New Jersey for awhile.
