Jackson’s Doctor Gets Raided By The Feds
DEA agents were spotted swarming around the Houston clinic of Michael Jackson’s personal physician Conrad Murry this afternoon in an apparent raid. Agents are apparently operating under a warrant that mentions the term “manslaughter.”
In other words, things are not looking too good for Dr. Conrad Murray at this point.
Not that news is its a big surprise to anyone who reads FameCrawler — LaToya has been calling MJ’s death a “murder” for at least a couple of weeks now, and the investigation has been handled by the LAPD’s homicide division since MJ’s death.
The DEA’s interest in this case stems from some bottles of the very powerful anesthetic propofol that were found in Jackson’s house where Jackson’s kids lived. A lot of theories surrounding MJ’s death involve the propofol being administered at Jackson’s estate to help him sleep.
Apparently, propofol is virtually never used outside of a hospital setting, and investigators are obviously searching for records that would indicate that Murry wrote the prescription.
Dr. Murray has yet to confirm whether or not he was the one who supplied the propofol. He was, however, the live-in doctor in charge of getting Michael healthy enough to make his upcoming tour.
