Madonna showed a softer, more human side. She arrived in Marseilles over the weekend to visit with and pay tribute to the workers that were injured in the collapse of the stage at Marseilles Stadium.

She also visited with one of the families of the technicians that died in the collapse. Madonna was devastated by the accident. She said, “My prayers go out to those who were injured and their families along with my deepest sympathy to all those affected by this heartbreaking news.

I’m sure she is devastated. What a horrible thing to have to have weighing on a person. She knows it’s not her fault, but still I’m sure she feels guilty.

The two men that died are Charles Criscenzo and Charles Prow. Our hearts go out to their families and friends.
