Kate Gosselin Doesn’t Want Jon’s New Girlfriend Near Their Kids
Kate Gosselin is reportedly not happy about her estranged husband Jon’s new girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, 22. Glassman is the daughter of Kate’s plastic surgeon (who performed her tummy tuck). According to friends, Kate does not want Hailey anywhere near her eight children.
A pal said Kate “had a big surprise” for her husband and that she doesn’t want “Jon’s new girlfriend anywhere near her kids.”
Jon, speaking with PEOPLE when he was in France: “Every 10 minutes I keep thinking about the kids and missing them. Mady keeps calling me and asking me if I’m in France, but she doesn’t understand where France is. I’m really looking forward to seeing them again in a few days.”
Jon returned home a few days ago from his trip to St. Tropez with Hailey, and is now caring for his children, while Kate left their Wernersville, Pa. home. Before Kate departed, she and Jon played with their kids, but did not interact with each other. They were apparently pretty chilly toward one another.
The father-of-eight was asked by a TMZ pap if Kate was upset about Jon’s new love. He said, “You’d have to ask Kate. I’m not allowed to discuss it. I don’t want to get in trouble.”
I don’t blame Kate for not wanting Hailey around her children. She probably doesn’t know much about her and what she can read online isn’t all that desirable.
