Julie Delpy Loves Motherhood
Julie Delpy says she loves every little thing that goes with being a mom. Hmmm…how long has she been a mom?
Julie became a mom 6 months ago and so far thinks it great. She says the best advice she received was from her dad who said, “Don’t protect him too much. Get him a little dirty. Leave him in the yard a little bit. Get them a little dirty so they protect themselves from germs.”
That is great advice. I truly believe in that philosophy too. A little dirt won’t hurt, right?
Motherhood is great. However, there are some things about it that I didn’t count on and could do without. We have to be thankful every day though and appreciate all the wonderful things kids do. That’s so we don’t pull all of our hair out when they decide to be contrary and frustrating.
