Reese Witherspoon Has A Sports Injury

Reese Witherspoon isn’t exactly the kind of person you’d expect to see in a commercial for Bengay or Icy Hot, but by the time the filming’s wrapped on her upcoming softball flick, she might actually qualify. She spotted over the weekend sporting a sweet shiner from her rigorous softball training routine.

I’m guessing that Reese’s black eye is the product of a pop fly gone bad, or another common baseball mishap, but so far, no official word has been given. I think its really funny to see her all jocked out. Somehow, it really seems to fit.

I bet her kids are loving her new found love of the game, especially her son Deacon Reese, 5 and 1/2, shown here in his baseball (probably t-ball) uniform.
