Nadya Suleman still isn’t taking care of her kids. Granted she just had surgery again, but still she’s has the nannies to do the dirty work.
Nadya had to have surgery again because of the internal bleeding she experienced from her second surgery. Many were skeptical about the necessity of the surgery and believed she was getting a tummy tuck. I guess we’ll find out when she steps out in her mom jeans when she feels better.

She is recovering nicely after the third surgery, but still isn’t taking care of the kids.

Do you think she got a tummy tuck? Do you think there will ever be a time when she doesn’t need the nannies?

Yes, seh got the tuck. It is really, really painful. I know, I had one. It takes about 8 weeks to get over it. I can guarantee she got one. If her tummy looks smooth and doesnt have tons of saggy, wrinkled skin then it is a tuck.
