Sahel Kazemi  was identified as the woman found shot with Steve McNair. The police in Nashville, Tennessee are saying the deaths are due to a murder/ suicide.

Witnesses have said that Steve arrived at the condo early Saturday morning and Sahel’s vehicle was already in the parking lot.

Steve was said to be dating Sahel for a few months even though he is a married to Mechelle Cartwright. Sahel was arrested on Thursday afternoon for drunk driving and Steve was there to bail her out of jail later that day.

McNair’s body was found on the couch with multiple bullet wounds.  Kazemi was found near him with a single, self inflicted shot to the head.  The pistol was found near her body.

Autopsies will performed on both bodies on Sunday. Steve’s wife is said to clear of suspicion as of now.

Our hearts go out to their families, friends and fans. This is a hard time for everyone.
