Kate Gosselin Is Raising The Kids Alone
Kate Gosselin’s professional life is on hold right now because her personal life is in turmoil. After filing for divorce from husband Jon, the mom-of-eight has been going it alone where the kids are concerned. It seems Jon is more interested in his single life.
On air, during the Jon & Kate Plus 8 episode that the couple announced they were splitting, both said they would always be there for their kids. And it seems Kate is staying true to her word, but Jon, not so much.
Sources tell Life & Style that Jon seems more interested in playing the part of a single guy than a man who has eight children to care for.
“Jon hasn’t been seen at the house much since he and Kate announced the divorce.” Jon was at the family’s home in Westerville, Pa. on June 26, but “was barely with the kids at all.”
The children have a new nanny (reportedly hired by Jon for when he’s at home with them), and she’s the one who cared for the kids during Jon’s time at the house.
The insider claimed, “He has a new nanny who watched them the whole time. She’s very young and good looking. I don’t think Kate would be too happy about her.”
Jon was seen the next day at the home, but once again, his children were not his main focus.
“He tossed a Frisbee and played lacrosse with a few of the kids for a bit,” an onlooker said. “Mostly, though, he spent the afternoon lolling around. At one point he signed promotional pictures of his family, He chatted with a security guard for a bit, then got back on his ATV and just rode around.”
During the “divorce” episode of Jon & Kate, Kate said, “I don’t want to do this alone. But it’s required and I’ve got to do it. If I’ve got to pull this whole ship on my own. I’m going to do it. I will survive.”
It seems Kate is doing just that. Yes, she does have help - two nannies and bodyguards, plus friends - and with eight kids, by gosh, anyone would need help! Mady and Cara, who will turn 9 in October, are also helping mom with their younger, 5-year-old siblings. Mady and Cara are probably more involved with the sextuplets than daddy is.
The source added, “Kate’s in charge of taking care of the house now. All the duties Jon used to handle are now hers.”
A friend of Jon’s, Brian Sep, said, “It’s new and exciting for Jon to be single (oh, well, isn’t that wonderful for Jon!!!!). In high school he was popular with the girls, and I’m sure it will be the same way now. He plans to see the kids when it’s convenient for him on weekends.”
Good luck, Kate. Jon does seem more interested in pursuing the single life. Must be if he joined Match.com.

The two divorce attorneys should each place an injunction on the other’s to stop spending down the money that was made off the backs of 8 little children.
All of the cars, motorcycles, toys and condos for vacation should be sold. The mansion should be sold and the children should move back to their old house and each parent should spend 1/2 time with the children.
Kate won’t be traveling as much in the future. Speaking dates have been cancelled (not by Kate), Zondervan will not be publishing her third ghost-written book “Love is in the Mix Making Memories out of Meals.” I guess Zondervan decided that it would sully their reputation to publish a “cookbook” by Kate since she can’t and never did cook. All the recipes she has gathered came from the backs of cereal boxes, food containers, soup cans and womens’ magazines. Can you spell P-L-A-G-I-A-R-S-M?
Healthtex won’t be featuring Kate’s fashions.
What can Kate speak about? How to break LIE — “mommy and daddy will always be together” at the wedding renewal which took place if you believe Kate during their two-year separation.
How to drive every family member and friend away?
How to secrete all the $20 bills she collected for photos of the family?
How to hide “love offerings”.
How to sneak your bodyguard/lover into your home and bed undetected.
How to put bibs on five-year olds and put them in high chairs with sippy cups.
How to make a taste unfilling lunch of cucumber slices, grapes and chips for 8 hungry kids.
How to deny your child a drink of water.
How to dress like a slut.
How it feels to recover from a tummy tuck and then breast implants.
Why she wears that dumb haircut.
Kate is an irrelevant, LIAR and LOUSY MOTHER.

Kate Gosselin is an excellent mother. 8 kids is a lot for anyone and it’s crappy that Jon is acting like a 17 year old while Kate is raising their children alone. I wish all of the Kate bashers would stop and put themselves in her position. If you had a husband who was a whinning little brat, who had to be reminded to do his job, who couldn’t hold a conventional job, acts put upon because he has to help take care of kids wouldn’t you be a complete b***h? I know I would.
Jon is a waste of oxygen and his kids will eventually see what a terrible father he has been and while Kate may be hard on them at times she will be the parent they love and respect the most.
Jon Gosselin first of all needs to be neutered so he can’t spawn any more Gosselins and Kate needs to get the meanest man hating lawyer she can find and dismiss Jon from her and her kids lives altogether

I everyone in the media tries to Katie down, from what I can see she is the only parent stepping up to the plate to be a parent. She may have come off a a real witch on the show but reality is what wife doesn’t nag and yell at their husband (hence reality show!!??) Jon wants to relive his youth, and someday the kids will relize that not only did he leave their mother but them as well. So what if she had a tummy tuck or breast implants don’t we all wish we could. We should be blaming the TV net work for taking the show too far. Granted they became rich and famous for just showing their daily lives with rasing 8 kids (which is not reality for the common person we all have to work and don’t have things given to us) In the end I hope a judge give all the money to Katie and the kids.
At least Katie stop having kids after the six, I don’t see anyone condeming that loon who has 18 kids (and would welcome more) and has the older children help raise them. Or Now with the new series that is on the network (another mother raising 6 kids), who just recently also had her tummy tucked and breast inlarge, it’s only a matter of time before someone finds fault with them.

CommentsKate Gosselin is not a single mother. The kids have a father, and one who is more in their lives than many other fathers in divorce cases. Of course, it looks good for her to play the victim. Some divorced mothers love to holler “I’m a single mother” when indeed they are NOT. I understand the parents split physical custody. I’m sick to death of “single motherhood” being a banner, when sometimes it’s by the choice of the “single mother.”
