Former Playboy Playmate and TV’s Baywatch star, Gena Lee Nolin, welcomed daughter Stella Monroe just seven months ago, but the pretty blond is already back in bikini shape!

Gena, 37, told PEOPLE how she went from her pregnancy weight of 195 lbs. to a trim 135 lbs.

Nolin, who at 5’9″ and 125 lbs. as a Baywatch babe, said, “It was all about, how thin can I be?”

She added, “I was barely eating – maybe 600 calories a day.  I don’t know how I didn’t pass out!  The pressure to stay thin was insane.”

Gena and husband Cale Hulse started their family together in 2005, and when Gena became pregnant, she sort of had a rebellious streak about eating.

She admits, “Not that I let myself go, but I was normal – I ate what I wanted.  I didn’t have to stay skinny.”

However, after Stella was born last December, Gena wanted to get fit and went “on a mission to get healthy.”

With the help of a trainer, cardo and core workouts, at least three times a week, and a sensible diet, Gena is in the “best shape of her life.”

She adds, “I was always skinny, but never fit.  Now I’m strong!”

Gena looks great and her daughter is a cutie.

Baby Stella has three older siblings, Hudson Lee, 3, and Gena and Cale’s other children from previous relationships – Caia, 8, and Spencer, 12.
