Is Natalie Portman Dead?

There are rumors circulating around the internet that actress Natalie Portman has died after an accident on a movie set. I haven’t been able to find proof to either disprove or confirm the rumor, but I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that Portman is probably very much alive. Just wait until I find her Twitter page to put all your minds at ease.

I suspect it’s just the latest in the long list of false celebrity death rumors that been cropping up every five minutes since Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson passed away last week. Which is too bad, because I would think it could be pretty traumatic for Portman’s friends and family to hear a rumor like this. Can you imagine if you were her parents, and heard that your child had passed away somewhere on a movie set? The actress is said to be extremely close to both her mother and father, so hearing something like this would be traumatic.
