Australia’s DWTS Host Todd McKenney asks Cohost to Have His Baby

Gay performer and cohost of Australia’s version of “Dancing With the Stars” Todd McKenney has asked his cohost, Sonia Kruger, to have his baby. “She doesn’t have any kids of her own,” Todd says. “I am desperate to have another.” The 44-year-old has a 2-year-old daughter that he fathered with a friend.
“I would only do this again with someone I truly care about,” he says. “So I have asked Sonia to have a child with me and sort of left it hanging there. I don’t want to pressure her, but I am serious.”

Sonia, who also cohosts a radio show with Todd, hasn’t yet made up her mind, but says, “The thing about Todd is that I know he would be the greatest support to me, which is what you need if you are to go ahead and have children.”
The two have been really good friends for decades now, meeting in Perth, Australia when they were 17 years old.
We’ll keep you posted, of course. That’s what we do.
