Angelina Texts Jen Aniston: “BACK OFF!”

The war between Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston is escalating big time, with Brad Pitt being the prize. While filming “Bounty Hunter” in New Jersey, Jen was shocked to get several text messages from Angelina, saying “BACK OFF!” And the texts were sent via Brad’s cell!

“I wouldn’t be surprised if Jen was upset about it,” a source said. “Getting that sort of message would be a shock. I don’t think Jen would expect to hear from Angelina at all.”

With Brad’s recent rekindling of his and Jen’s relationship via long phone conversation, Angie has been furious, even trying to make Brad jealous by resuming contact with Billy Bob Thornton. Plus, there’s Brad’s mom, who insists he drop Angelina and get back with Jen. So it’s not all that shocking that Angie would start sending threatening text messages to Jen. Seems a little ironic, seeing as how Angie kind of broke up Brad and Jen’s marriage to begin with.

The source says, “Angelina has 6 kids with Brad now, and I’m sure that’s something which really holds them together. They shouldn’t be arguing over his ex-wife who he divorced four years ago.”

On the other hand, “Jen can’t be blamed for thinking it’s OK to develop a friendship with Brad again. Brad has confided in her over several phone calls. She seems to be a real tower of strength for him and knows how to put a smile on his face. She sometimes sends little gifts to Brad’s Plan B production offices in LA. And she’ll send him daily motivators, quotes from self-help books she reads about staying positive.”

I’d be pissed if an ex was sending MY spouse gifts, but then I’m not Saint Angelina. Surely she should be rising above these things? *cough*
