Kendra Wilkinson: Jon & Kate Gosselin Show “Too Much”

Kendra Wilkinson, who is pregnant with her first baby, knows a thing or two about reality TV. She was one of the stars of Girls Next Door and now has her own show titled Kendra, and she thinks fellow reality TV stars Jon and Kate Gosselin of Jon & Kate Plus 8, have made the mistake of putting ”too much” out there.
According to EW, Kendra believes the TV couple have put too much out there especially since they are parents to eight kids.
“I definitely wouldn’t put every single detail out there, like Jon and Kate. They put out every single detail of their kids. It just blows me away how much stuff they put out there of them. It’s too much they put out.”
Kendra and fiance Hank Baskett, who will welcome their baby on (or near) Christmas Day, might put their child on TV, but it will be “very limited.”
She said, “I know if we do end up filming with the baby, it’s going to be very, very limited. It won’t show as much as Jon and Kate.”
The 23-year-old former Playboy covergirl added, “That’s my job. That’s my life. That’s my career. We have fun doing it because we love the people that are surrounding us doing it. And we trust them, you know?”
Reality TV isn’t necessarily a bad thing for a family – look at the Duggars’ show 18 Kids & Counting. Sure, even if you don’t agree with their lifestyle, they are doing their TV hit in such a way that it works well for everyone in their family. I’m not sure where Jon and Kate went wrong – maybe it has nothing to do with the fact that they put their kids out there or are on TV… maybe it has everything to do with the way they treat each other off camera, too?
