Mercy! Madonna’s New Daughter Flown to London

Madonna and Mercy are getting closer and closer to permanently entering each other’s arms. Word is that Mercy, the 3-year-old Malawi girl that Madonna is adopting, was flown secretly overnight to London, accompanied by a nanny and child nurse.
The Malawi courts granted Madonna the adoption on June 12, which overturned a previous ruling saying she couldn’t adopt Mercy. “A private jet flew in from South Africa and collected her at five minutes to six last evening,” says an airport source.

Isn’t she a cutie? Mercy will join siblings Lourdes, Rocco, and David Banda, who is also from Malawi. She’ll likely be moving back and forth between England and the U.S., since Madonna has homes in both places.
