Alison Sweeney Gets Fit With The Wii!

Days of Our Lives star and The Biggest Loser host Alison Sweeney is a busy working mom and like most of us, needs to make the most of her time. So, how did the pretty blonde get back in shape after kids? With the Wii of course!
Alison, mom to Benjamin 4 1/2, and 5-month-old Megan Hope, needed to shed her baby weight and used her experience of being host of The Biggest Loser to her advantage.
Sweeney told PEOPLE, “Ive learned a lot about nutrition and how to count my calories.” She also said EA Sports Active package for the Wii is great for anyone who can’t get to the gym. What better way to get fit, but in your own home? Plus, you have the added bonus of including your family.
“It’s just a good example of how you can really get it done at home,” she says. “You don’t need to have a big fancy gym membership. One of the things we talk about on The Biggest Loser all the time is just how difficult it is financially to lose weight sometimes. And that isn’t an excuse anymore. There are really reasonable options.”
Alison said she made better eating choices with her second pregnancy, and therefore, gained less weight. She did admit that it’s OK to give in and satisfy your cravings – most expectant moms do. She said, “You deserve to be spoiled – but within reason.”
She looks great!
