YES!! Lakers Win NBA Championship!! Oh, and Here’s a Picture of Kobe Bryant and His Family!
Excuse me while I sip some champagne in honor of the LA Lakers winning the NBA Championship. You can’t see me, but I’m also dressed head-to-toe in purple and baking a cake in the shape of Kobe Bryant. Speaking of Kobe, here’s an adorable photo of the MVP savoring his win with wife Vanessa and their two daughters Natalia and Gianna. Check out those adorable Lakers dresses! Did I mention the LAKERS WON??!!
The Lakers earned their 15th NBA Championship title on Sunday night in a 99-86 Game 5 win over the Orlando Magic. After the final horn sounded, Bryant leaped into the air and was engulfed by his teammates. After giving a hug to coach Phil Jackson, Bryant swept up both of his daughters into his arms.
I’m sure Natalia and Gianna are happy about the win and the whole MVP thing, but I’ll bet they’re even happier the season’s over. Bryant said earlier that the girls have been calling him ‘Grumpy’ from the Seven Dwarves because of his crankiness leading up to the series. “That’s how I have been at home,” he admitted. “A grouch.”
Congratulations to the Lakers!
