Max Armstrong is just days old, but is already more prepared to be a world traveler than I am.
His daddy, Lance Armstrong, tweeted from the post office that he was there to get Max a passport. I swear the ink wasn’t even dry on the birth certificate yet.
Where will his first destination be?
