Look At Harlow’s Ponytail!

Harlow Winter Kate… one of the cutest celebrity tots around!  The adorable daughter of Nicole Richie and Joel Madden was enjoying the day with mom as they shopped for toys in Santa Monica yesterday (June 14).  Love her little ponytail!

Harlow will no doubt have a great time with her new dollhouse and magnetic tabletop easel!

Looks like Nicole’s belly has really popped - she’s due late summer/early fall.  She and Joel are rumored to be having a baby boy and have possibly chosen names already.
