Brad Neglects To Show Kids Off On Tarantino Set
What’s wrong Brad? Is the cast of your extremely vulgar, violent, and foul-mouthed movie about Nazi killers not good enough to meet your family?
Apparently, Brad’s failure to bring the kids by was a big disappointment for the cast of Inglorious Basterds, who were all begging for a chance to meet the Jolie-Pitt brood. Says Samm Levine:
He brought Maddox one or two times because he’s the oldest. But everybody wanted him to bring the others, too. Everyone would always ask him, ‘Hey! When are you going to bring the kids?’ And he said, ‘It’s a World War II movie. What’s a good day to bring my kids to this set? I don’t think it would be right.’ So he had a point there. And we were all pretty bummed about that, but we respected his reasoning. He’s a pretty responsible guy.”
Hmm. I can see why you wouldn’t want your kids watching along during the taping of a QT scene — since virtually ever page of every script is riddled with obscenities of all kinds.
The WW2 reasoning though, I think that’s seem a little thin. Does Brad also forbid his kids from observing memorial day? Are they forbidden from watching Hogan’s Heroes on TVLand?
I think he just didn’t like the rest of the cast very much. No offense guys.
