Kelly Rutherford Gives Birth To A Girl!
Gossip Girl actress Kelly Rutherford has welcomed her second child, a baby girl!

The Gossip Girl star’s second child was born at 10 p.m. Monday, via natural childbirth, in Los Angeles. She joins 2-year-old brother Hermes.
RadarOnline.com has learned that the father of both children, and Kelly’s soon-to-be ex, Daniel Giersch was not present for the occasion.
Rutherford filed for divorce from businessman Giersch just before the new year, noting “irreconcilable differences.”
The two have been engaged in a tumultuous custody battle over Hermes since.

Kelly welcomed Helena Grace Rutherford Giersch, on Monday evening in Los Angeles. Weighing in at 8 lbs., 12 oz, Helena arrived at 9:20 p.m and is “doing just fine,” says a rep.
