Britney’s Circus Tour Extended Against Her Wishes

Britney Spears’ over controlling father, Jamie, is at it again, and Brit Brit’s not happy about it. Her “Circus” concert tour is hugely successful and about to continue overseas. But now her dad, who is pretty much in complete control of his daughter’s life, has extended the European part of the tour.
Britney, mom to Sean Preston (3-1/2) and Jayden James (2-1/2), is said to be furious. Close friends say that Britney is still an emotionally delicate flower. One tour insider said, “It’s a freak show right now. Britney’s phoning every son in. It’s pretty obvious she is not happy to be here.”
I get not liking someone else pulling all your strings, but really, at least have the decency to be a professional. You’re making millions on this tour, Brit, phoning it in is not acceptable to your teeny bopper fans.

According to her official web site, the last tour date currently scheduled is for the end of July in Berlin, Germany. But Brit’s dad is supposedly adding even more dates to the road show.
“Jamie can’t physically force Britney to get on stage and do more concerts, but he does have nearly all the power,” another friend said. “He controls the purse strings and can make things very difficult for Britney if he chooses to. He gets to dictate her schedule, where she goes, who she sees, who she doesn’t see. He’s in charge of everything to do with her life. It’s a battle of wills over who will win.”
Maybe it’s time for another head shaving episode. I miss Super Insane Britney.
