I recently received a few DVDs of Juno Baby to review and was pleasantly surprised. Juno Baby is an innovative children’s music and media company which has earned several awards including the Emmy and The Parent’s Choice Award. The focus is on orchestral music, all written by the founder, Dr. Belinda Takahashi. The DVD I played for my 16-month-old daughter is Juno’s Rhythm Adventure. This video has Juno and her friends discovering rhythm in many ways. There’s a blend of classical music, puppetry, and animation, and most of it mesmerized my little girl. The characters are cute and the music is well done. In all, I recommended the DVDs. These are suitable for children 12 months to 4 years. Price is $21 each.
As part of the Juno Baby One For All Program, whenever you purchase a DVD, CD or book, Juno Baby donates the same product to a child who might not be able to afford one.
If you’re more interested in playing CDs, the Orchestral Music edition is $13 and contains 13 instrumentals. For more info visit junobaby.com.
