Amby Hammock Recalled
In even more bad news for the baby sleep industry, The Amby Baby Hammock, the swinging hammock endorsed by Dr. Sears, has been recalled because two infants were reported to have suffocated while sleeping in the hammock.
From the Ambybaby.com website: “Amby Baby Motion Beds sold in the U.S. since 2003 are being recalled and are not currently being sold. Click here to see the notice from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Consumers should stop using these beds immediately and find an alternative safe sleeping arrangement for your child.”
