Alot more practical that a pair of heels, Suri Cruise wore a pair of pair of sturdy rain boots which she paired with a fancy party dress while out and about in NYC. Suri wore a pair of fancy fairy rain boots by Kidorable which aren’t just a plain pair of boots, these have little wings.
