Stocking Stuffers: Skeleflex Warriors and Micro Dinos

Handsome, ain’t he? Part of the new Skeleflex Warriors series, ol’ Centoro ($14.95) here snaps together from 20-plus bone pieces and joints that are easily interchanged with parts from other Skeleflex creatures. Unlike some previous-generation Skeleflex toys, Skeleflex Warriors don’t need a motorized base to bring them to life — Centoro and his sinister foils Gorrilius, Mynotorg and Skelestriker are ready to play right out of their rather cool-looking bone-style cases.

This year also finds Skeleflex introducing a number of mini dinosaurs — including the fearsome-looking T-Rex pictured above — to round out its lineup. Somewhat smaller than the Skeleflex Warriors, but packaged in equally kid-alluring cases, the micro dinos start at $7.95 and arrive with between 10-12 bone pieces per set. As with the Warriors, all pieces are interchangeable with other Skeleflex toys.
