Trick or Treat: DIY Jelly Bean Costume

Not everyone wants to drop a lot of money on a Halloween costume.  Unless your kids love to play dress up, the costume is only used one time, if that.  This DIY Jelly Bean Costume is an awesome and inexpensive idea.  You can use leggings and a shirt already in your child’s wardrobe.  All you need is a bag of balloons and a clear trashbag.  It’s pretty genius!  You should be able to find a bag of multi-colored balloons at your local grocery store.
