Veggies + Fruit + Yogurt = Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. Are you kidding me?! No. I just tested this scrumptious theory out and my two-year-old son JD gobbled a delicious cup of pear and green bean up (I paired it with some whole grain crackers and mild cheddar cheese). Organic and 100% natural, your tot will love this unique meal too. Packed with protein, calcium, zinc, vitamins A & D, you’ll feel amazing watching your little one dig in! For more info click here and pick some up today at your local grocery store.

My son loves this yogurt. He especially loves apple and sweet potato combo.
Christine: Yes, PLAIN yogurt with a little fruit stirred in is part of a healthy meal.
It’s a nice idea, but there’s hardly any veggies in it at all. I was very disappointed when I read the label. I bought a few, and my daughter liked them, but I’ll go back to her usual yogurt and give her veggies separately as she likes them anyway.
