There’s 21 grams of sugar in a serving–no thanks!

My son loves this yogurt. He especially loves apple and sweet potato combo.

Christine: Yes, PLAIN yogurt with a little fruit stirred in is part of a healthy meal.

It’s a nice idea, but there’s hardly any veggies in it at all. I was very disappointed when I read the label. I bought a few, and my daughter liked them, but I’ll go back to her usual yogurt and give her veggies separately as she likes them anyway.
