There’s something comforting about setting my kid up at her little table with an old kindergarten favorite. Babalu’s put a new twist on the old felt stories with Felt Tales.
And the Forest Fairies board, complete with critters to complete the enchanted woods, practically flew into its place to kick start our 7 Days of Fairies on Babble. The basic scene leaves space for imaginative play, with a bridge for propping a fairy to drop her feet in the water and a swing up high for a fairy to hang off (or lean from to pick blueberries). The woodland creatures, including a team of ants, ladybug and extra fauna allow them to cast their own magic.
With a handle for easy carrying and an accompanying zippered pouch to protect the fairy tale creatures when they’re on the go, the Felt Tales could double as an in-home or on-the-road toy.
Get it straight from Babalu for $19.95.
And check back this week for more of 7 Days of Fairies.
