ABC Kids Expo 2009: Easy Stroll For One Handed Strolling

easy stroll ABC Kids Expo 2009: Easy Stroll For One Handed StrollingThe Easy Stroll is a brand new product for anyone who wants to push a stroller and have a free hand at the same time, but the people who are really going to love it are dads (or anyone taller than your average stroller user).

As you can see from the picture, you attach the handle to the stroller and then put your arm in it. I tried it at the show, and you can use it without really holding that hard onto the handle. The cuff that goes around your forearm is the part that really guides the stroller from left to right. And when you are only using one hand, you can use your other to answer the phone, hold the dog’s leash or drink a cup of coffee.

But what the Easy Stroll also does is push you back from the stroller handle a little bit, giving taller parents extra legroom to walk underneath the stroller. At the same time it raises up the stroller handle so you don’t have to hunch over. I love multi-tasking gadgets.

The Easy Stroll costs $29.95 and will attach to most any reasonably round or oval straight bar stroller handle. The rep told me they are assembling a list of compatible strollers now and will have it up on their website soon. Check it out at EasyStroll.com.
