Party Hats for the Hands?
You buy your kid a party hat, and they want to wear it for the next week and a half to celebrate.
Now they can. On an adjustable ring, these little handmade rings are a tad on the large side for the littlest kids, but grade schoolers can take the party on the road and let everyone know “I had a birthday.”
