Rinse, RepEAT: Stylish and Reusable Bamboo Utensils

I am a huge fan of reusable bamboo plates and bamboo bowls, so I was excited to try these reusable bamboo utensils from To-Go Ware. The set comes in a canvas sleeve with an attached carabiner—useful for attaching the utensils to the handle of the ToGoWare two-tier tiffin. Or rappelling, I guess.

The utensils were a big hit with my three-year-old, who particularly liked the bamboo knife. I wouldn’t use this knife for a tough steak, but for cheese and the average lunch food it’s dandy. The included chopsticks felt nice in the hand. How long will the set last? That remains to be seen. But the pouch is sure to last a long time, as it’s made from recycled plastic bottles. And the pouch is a big improvement on my usual plastic bag method for carrying utensils, a method that generally ends with a fork poking out of my bag. And sometimes tears.
