Recall: Evenflo Switch-a-Roo Telephone Toy
The Evenflo Switch-a-Roo Telephone Toy seen above has been recalled. Apparently, the mirror decal has been peeling off and can cause a chocking hazard. What should you do if your child has this toy? According to Toys’r'Us, you should immediately remove the mirror decal. Returns of the toy are not being accepted. The toy model number is 6391911.
