Headed to a Picnic? BYO Ice Cream

Okay, so it’s a wee bit late to score this particular find in time for your July 4th celebration. Still, picnic season is just getting started, and for the family that swears by homemade ice cream, an insulated portable container is a great way to keep frozen confections chilling while you head to the next get-together. Just freeze the gel lid, pop it onto the insulated plastic/foam-core container, and get  up to an hour and a half of chill time while you look for a place at the park. We’re kinda bummed that it only holds a pint, but if you’re watching calories or working in small batches, that could be a plus.
