Can we please take a moment or two to discuss how glorious and glamorous this little jersey tiered ruffle skirt is? It’s flouncy and made from the comfiest of cottons. It is fresh, feminine and fabulous. It is, of course, for little girls. But I’m starting to wonder why they get all of the fun stuff? I sort of want one for myself.
