Kids in glass houses can throw stones…at least these pillowy ones from iglooplay.
This year’s ICFF was rife with solutions for the modern family. It’s well known that kids love to build forts from sofa cushions and prefer the floor to sitting properly (whatever that means) on a chair. So why not make cushions expressly for the purpose of play and plopping?
Lisa Albin the designer behind iglooplay offers up three stackable wool cushions called “Throwing Stones.” These stones are covered in a high-resiliency wool slipcover and are meant for stacking and building. Each stone is a different color and size (the largest measures roughly 40” x 21” x 4”), inviting creative play or cozy snuggles. Albin hasn’t priced these yet—she showed them for the first time in May. Contact iglooplay directly for more details on availability and price.
