Dried Apricots
Dried apricots, like prunes, can get a slow bowel picking up speed in no time. They also have the iron pregnant women need.

I was terribly constipated during my pregnancy. Here is some advice from me: If you take iron supplements, go for organic. They won’t make you as constipated as the normal ones. Some foods I loved to eat during pregnancy that helped me with constipation: Oatmeal and prunes (fresh or dried).
